No Diagnosis or Repair Guarantee via the Site
Content on the Site — including descriptions of our inspection and repair processes, OEM certifications, calibration procedures, and general information about collision damage — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a diagnosis, estimate, or repair plan for your specific vehicle.
The damage assessment, repair requirements, parts, applicable calibrations or other procedures, and pricing for a specific vehicle are determined through the applicable inspection, estimating, and repair-planning process.
References to OEM certifications, including Tesla, Rivian, Toyota, Ford, and other manufacturer programs, reflect Solesbee Collision's participation in applicable manufacturer repair programs as of the date such content is published. Certification status and program requirements may change over time based on manufacturer requirements.
Insurance Claims
We work directly with customers and, at the customer's direction, with insurance carriers to document and estimate repairs.
Nothing on the Site constitutes insurance, legal, or claims advice, and we do not guarantee coverage, approval, or reimbursement by any insurance carrier. You are responsible for understanding your policy terms and coverage and for decisions regarding your insurance claim.
Online Store and Payments
If the Site offers Solesbee Collision merchandise for purchase online, orders are subject to product availability. Payments may be processed through a third-party payment processor subject to its own terms and policies.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs of vehicle repairs, videos, and the overall design and layout — is the property of Solesbee Collision or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and print content from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
Manufacturer names, logos, and OEM certification marks referenced on the Site, including but not limited to Tesla, Rivian, Toyota, Ford, Lincoln, Subaru, Ram, Jeep, Dodge, FIAT, Chrysler, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Alfa Romeo, Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac, are the property of their respective owners.
References to certification status reflect Solesbee Collision's participation in the applicable manufacturer repair programs and do not imply endorsement beyond the scope of those programs.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Nothing in this Section limits any separate written workmanship warranty that may be provided under a signed repair order for an actual vehicle repair.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID TO US FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE ITSELF.
This limitation does not apply to obligations arising under a separate signed repair order or workmanship warranty, which is governed by its own terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solesbee Collision and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
