DO WORK YOU'RE PROUD TO PUT YOUR NAME ON.
At Solesbee Collision, collision repair is more than making a vehicle look good again. The work has to be done correctly, because the people driving that vehicle are trusting us with their safety.
I'm InterestedNot a Lead Role. Not an Apprentice Role.
We're looking for an experienced collision technician who believes the work has to be done correctly. A skilled, dependable technician who knows the craft, takes pride in doing things correctly, and wants to work alongside a team that respects the work.

What It's Like to Work Here
You’ll work in a non-DRP environment where OEM procedures, documentation, proper equipment, and repair standards are part of how the job gets done and not something you have to argue for. You'll have a Monday–Friday schedule, consistent workflow, paid OEM and EV training, modern equipment, major tooling provided, paid time off, and a team built around respect, accountability, and doing things correctly.
You'll work with people who know their responsibilities, help each other when needed, and understand that there's more to life than living at the shop.
THE KIND OF SHOP YOU'RE JOINING
NON-DRP SHOP
We don't contract with insurance companies.
OEM REPAIR ONLY
Manufacturer procedures guide the repair.
Solesbee Collision is a non-DRP, OEM repair facility in Hayden, Idaho.
We don't contract with insurance companies. Our repair decisions are based on manufacturer procedures and what the vehicle requires and not an insurance company's preferred repair method.
That matters when you take pride in your work. You shouldn't have to choose between following the repair procedure and meeting someone else's idea of "good enough."
We invest in the training, equipment, documentation, and processes needed to perform Factory Correct repairs on today's vehicles.
We're certified in Tesla, Rivian, Toyota, Lexus, Ford, GM, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Subaru, Hyundai, and Kia, with continued investment in EV repair and technician training.
THE STANDARD IS SIMPLE:
Repair the vehicle according to manufacturer procedures and not an insurance contract.
This Probably Isn't Your Shop If...
Documentation annoys you, manufacturer procedures feel optional, or "good enough" is usually good enough for you. If that's the case, we're probably not the right fit and that's okay.
Our standards aren't designed for every technician. They're designed for technicians who want to know that when a vehicle leaves their bay, the work behind the panels is something they can stand behind.
